RETAIL CASHIER
LOCAL SPORTING GOODS STORE SEEKING CASHIER:
Must be friendly with great customer service skills, have basic math skills, dependable, and productive.
Duties:
* Customer service with a positive attitude while operating a cash register.
* Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making change for cash customers.
* Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver's license number; operating credit card authorization system.
* Balances cash drawer at end of shift.
* Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and keeping work area clean and organized.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Answers customer phone calls.
