SEC Reporting Analyst

This is a newly created position that reports to the Assistant Controller who is a CPA.

The SEC Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting to ensure the financial reporting requirements are consistent with SEC guidance. Additional responsibilities include:
Analyzes and reviews the quarterly and annual financial reports.
Monthly and quarterly financial disclosures
Assists with the preparation of the annual report financial statements
Assists with the preparation of financial statement footnotes and related required disclosures.
Assists with Management Discussion and Analysis disclosures.
Analyzes and reviews financial information included in internal financial reports that are provided to the Board of Directors.
Works with external Auditors
Ad Hoc Reporting
Qualifications:
BA Accounting
GPA 3.0 minimum
CPA or CPA Candidate
Public Accounting or Public Company experience
