Responsibilities:
Perform Technical Research and Analysis of GAAP, FASB, and SEC rules and standards and to determine impact on company.
Assist in the preparation of all SEC filings, including the 10-Q, 10-K, Annual Report, etc.
Assist in preparation of presentations used to present to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and other groups within the company
Assist in Special projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA preferred
Must be able to work with minimal direction
SEC Reporting Experience and SOP 97-2 Experience is a huge plus 5-10 years experience - either Public Accounting or Public Co. Industry experience CPA
Strong written and oral skills
