SIEBEL ANALYST Location: Georgia - Atlanta Department: Information Technology Position Type: Full-Time Regular Education Required: Bachelors Degree Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years Position Description Performs a lead role in planning; developing; and deploying new releases of our Seibel Constituent Relationship Management System. • Analyzes customer problems, determines detailed software requirements to solve problems, and develops software solutions to satisfy business requirements. • Provides accurate estimates of development effort and cost so that good business decisions are made about proposed enhancements. • Follows established standards, procedures and methodologies for problem analysis, concept evaluation, systems design, application development, modification, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency. • Maintains high level awareness of all applications in production and under development to ensure that duplication of effort and data are minimized, and that integration issues are resolved. • Works with internal service providers on development of major new releases. • Performs program testing and debugging to bring programs to the level necessary for smooth operations. • Assists with the implementation of Siebel (v 7) and conversion from Legacy CRM (Sybase & DB2) to Oracle. • Other functions as assigned. Position Requirements • Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of application development experience. • Minimum 2 years experience with Seibel application. • Siebel certification highly desired. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong technical skills with the ability to coordinate, manage, and ensure the success of Seibel deployments. • Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills. • Self-starter with ability to organize work for others. • Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. • Must be available to work flexible hours. • Knowledge of the Siebel upgrade processes. • Excellent understanding of the Siebel 7 architecture. • Minimum 2 years experience with Siebel Call Center or Sales required. • Experience managing multiple development projects. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and communicate complex technical analysis to technical and non-technical audiences.
