The Sales Coordinator (as an entrepreneur) is responsible for all aspects of running their business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Code: Promote feel good/fun environment for customers and employees. Be passionate and tenacious. Act professionally. Act ethically and with integrity. Use good judgment. Results/Sales Drive: Achieve daily/ monthly/ yearly sales goals. Achieve monthly/ yearly/ expense target. Communicate and execute a clear course of action to team based on managers direction. Effectively lead teams to execute planned events and weekend parties. Communicate all stock concerns to manager to ensure appropriate stock levels. Talent: Hire, orient, develop and retain people at all levels; Beauty Artist(s) and Counter Manager(s) Ensure that all counters are appropriately staffed with the right people in a timely manner and with the support, when necessary, of the Host Store. Follow all company and Host Store policies and procedures. Training: Build a trained and knowledgeable team through on and off site training. Maintain the consistency and standards of the 8 Step Magic Selling Formula. Ensure the Benefit motto (To Sit Down Customers Can Create Serious Activity) is actively being used for all training purposes Leadership: Lead by example; be out in front selling on the floor using the Magic Formula. Inspire and train employees by setting the example of excellent service and sales and through team selling. Teach, coach, motivate and develop Benefit employees as well as Host Store employees (while adhering to Host Store guidelines) Consistently review performance of team members using the Store Visit Checklist Keep commitments and build high expectations in self and others Always be approachable and an effective two way communicator Express ideas and information clearly and effectively Persuade others through influence and collaboration as opposed to command and control Communication and Relationships with Outside Customers: Establish and maintain good working relationships with the following Department Store employees: Counter Manager(s), BA(s) General Store Manager(s), Department Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) Additional Responsibilities: All other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1-2 years retail experience Minimum 1 year supervisory experience Cosmetics experience preferred Proven sales and customer service track record Excellent communication and leadership skills
