Fast-paced, high energy call center.99% (or greater) of calls are inbound.

DESCRIPTION:
This position requires a strong leader with superb motivational skills.The management style should be flexible to motivate multiple personality types.The qualified candidate should be considered to have great time management skills and should be an example to all employees.If you have the ambition and discipline to lead, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.Employees are often only as good as their leader, so you need to set the mark high.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Motivator - As the motivational backbone of the company, you should be willing to roll up your sleeves and “show them how it’s done” whenever necessary.It is imperative that the successful candidate maintain a very goal oriented environment where goals are routinely discussed and results are measured. You should be the mentor, coach, and the leader that can resolve any issue or overcome any obstacle.

Training/Coaching - The “buck stops” with this position.If the sales staff is unable to close the sale, as the sales leader, you should be able to identify departmental and individual weaknesses and assist the team with any training or coaching needed to improve results.

Training Materials - To facilitate the training process, materials may need to be developed.Your role may require consultation via recommendations and/or active participation in the development of the needed training items.

Procedures - The establishment of sales procedures to ensure the desired results would be essential to the success of this position.
Quality Control - Great training is only one of the challenges of this position.Once training has been completed, sales staff will need to be routinely monitored to maximize results and keep the department on track for all revenue goals.

Sales Reporting- Assist in the development and implementation of multiple reports to monitor departmental performance.

Sales Reports may include (but would not be limited to):
1.Call To Sale Ratio
2.Productivity Reports (By Department & By Agent)
a.Number of Calls Received
b.Number of Calls Abandoned
c.Number of Calls Transferred
3.Reports to track marketing campaigns
