Sales Manager - Responsible for the entire area. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE "Business Networking", outside sales, and sales management experience. NO EXCEPTIONS! JOB DESCRIPTION: Each Sales Manager is given a State territory that is area specific for them. This person is responsible for developing and growing Professional Network Connections “Networks” in those areas that they have been assigned. This includes but is not limited to Networks that are already formed, following a master plan for that area, and/or creating new Networks based on that areas needs. State Directors are responsible for working with Network officers, scheduling meeting dates, making sure meeting notices are delivered to the members in a timely manor, replacing officers in Networks as necessary, finding members for those Networks, along with securing speakers for educational topics and developing programs and events in that area. As Sales Manager this person will be required to dedicate time to business development, marketing, sales, and attending local Chamber of Commerce functions to promote Professional Network Connections in their area. This position reports directly to the National Director and CEO, as well as works closely with other team members in the Business Development unit.
