As a Leasing Consultant you are responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations of an apartment community. Through leasing and marketing efforts you will maintain the highest achievable occupancy consistently. Duties include: market research, showing apartments, achieving highest standards and scores from phone and site shops, guest card entry, strong closing techniques, fair housing compliance, reporting on property curb appeal and tracking all sale leads and advertisement. Open positions located in Lithonia and South Atlanta.



Primary Responsibilities
Include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein.Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Sawyer Realty Holdings, LLC and its affiliated companies.



1.Communicate with prospective Residents requiring information and current Residents with complaints or problems.

2.Develop and maintain Resident relations through the courtesy of on-site personnel, promptness of maintenance calls and knowledge of community policies.

3.Learn to develop professional sales and closing techniques.

4.Accompany prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and saunas, location of shopping centers, services available, and terms of lease.

5.Make follow-up calls to prospective Residents who did not fill out an application.

6.Complete lease agreement and collect rental deposit.

7.Inspect condition of model daily and arrange for necessary maintenance.

8.Compile and update listings of available rental units.

9.Adhere to all fair housing laws.

10.Answer phone calls and address all leasing correspondence accordingly

11.Effectively handle all leasing administrative and clerical responsibilities

12.Assist other departments as directed by supervisor

13.All other duties as determined by the Assistant or Community Manager
