My client, a fantastic international law firm, is seeking an HR Data Specialist. Qualifications: ·High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred) and two or more years related experience preferably in a law firm environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ·Computer proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and keyboarding skills of 40 wpm preferred. ·Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with courtesy and diplomacy, efficiently follow written and verbal instructions, provide information, and maintain effective relationships with a diverse group of attorneys, clients, staff, and outside contacts. ·Prior Human Resources and HRIS database experience (PeopleSoft) desired. Salary is between 40 - 42k + overtime!! Responsibilities: ·Responsible for maintenance of the HRIS database including input and revisions, as well as a variety of administrative clerical support functions in the areas of Human Resources including, but may not be limited to, secretarial services and non-legal recruiting. ·Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Special Assignment Secretarial staff including attendance and scheduled absence requests, daily assignments, and workflow. ·Prepare weekly coverage schedule of secretarial assignments for scheduled absences. Ensure up-to-date information is posted in the HRIS PeopleSoft system. ·Assist with requests for overflow, overtime, late arrival, or early departure assistance for all departments. ·As directed, make arrangements for agency temporary staffing where applicable. Prepare requisite form for moves/changes relative to the telephone system and communicate with office services for physical moves. ·Assist with employee programming. Apply Online
