Trading Department is looking for Office Administrative Clerk to assist customers on phone and field customer questions. Responsibilities: • Sort and scan incoming documents • Processing and filing account paperwork efficiently • Distribute out account paperwork • Answer telephone and email inquiries regarding trading and technical issues • Organize customer paperwork and files • Data Entry Requirements: • High school graduate or some college • Individual must be detail-oriented • Good computer, data entry, and internet skills • Good organization, research, and problem solving skills. • At least 1 year of customer service or general office experience required. • Good verbal and oral communication skills. • Good team working skills • Hard working, resilient, resourceful, and motivated character Position Type: Full Time 9-5pm.
