This is a new opening as the Atlanta office is growing.
You will be be given an opportunity to work for a top public company at a regional headquarters reporting to the Controllers group.
Responsibilities Include:
General ledger responsibility
Monthly close process in accordance with corporate time tables and deadlines
Facilitate and participate in the annual budget process, monthly variance reporting, and reforecasts.
Prepare various portfolio level consolidated schedules and analysis for quarterly reporting and 10K/10Q preparation.
Interface with auditors and prepare audit requests, SOX compliance and the financial audit requests.
Review monthly staff work for GAAP compliance.
BA Accounting required , CPA a plus
Real estate experience
or Public accounting experience preferred
