Responsibilities: Plan, develop and coordinate financial audits of our clients and their subsidiaries using standard audit techniques including interviewing, flowcharting, process analysis, control point analysis, audit test identification, sample selection and audit testing. Duties include examining procedures & internal controls to ensure compliance to Federal, State & Local laws including compliance to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Requirements: A successful candidate must be a CPA or be on track and have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting and two plus year's experience with a big 4 CPA firm, large regional, or local CPA firm. Salary commensurate with experience.
