Details of Position:
The Sr. Analyst will be called on to collaborate with developers and subject matter
experts to establish the functional vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and
technical performance needs. The analyst will serve as a key member of a functional
architecture team that works closely with the technical architecture team to ensure
designs reflect the global needs of the Post Sales platform. The successful candidate
will have analysis experience in both a structured and object oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills are also required, including a thorough understanding of how
to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and
operational requirements.
Management Skills:
Role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to
interact professionally with a diverse group of managers and subject matter experts.
This position also requires the ability to coach and mentor junior analysts. Logistics
industry and 3PL experience is a plus.
