Senior Electrical Project Engineer- BSEE & 6+ yrs. exp.

Responsibilities:
* Design for electrical power distribution (medium/low voltage), grounding, lighting systems, etc. for commercial, government, and institutional buildings
* Assume the lead electrical engineer role for specific projects or design tasks
* Participate with Project Manager in prospective scoping efforts, including scope and schedule definition, descriptive narrative development, and manpower budgeting for electrical engineering tasks
* Coordinate work on multiple projects to maintain project objectives
* Lead electrical design team and manage team to meet scope, budget and schedule in the development of construction drawings and specifications and/or studies and evaluations
* Verification of field conditions as required to support design and follow-up construction observation visits.
* Engineering support for construction projects
Requirements:
* BSEE
* 6+ years relevant work experience
* An EIT or ability to obtain a PE license a plus
* Ability to self perform detailed engineering and work within multiple engineering design teams simultaneously
* Interest in participating in multiple marketsand diverse projects a plus
* Experience in the development and management of staff, project management, and business development within a consulting engineering environment preferred
* Auto CADcapabilities
* Microstation experience a plus
* Bi-language skills (English/Spanish) an asset
