Are you a SENIOR Java architect with experience designing Web 2.0 and highly scalable web apps from the ground up?
Are you in between jobs or have spare capacity?
We are about to rebuild from the ground up a Web 2.0 large scale web app in the online video and social media space.We're going to outsource the project to an overseas development shop, but we need a person in Atlanta to work with our in-house CTO and other technical staff to design the whole thing, and probably oversee their production, as well.
So we're looking for someone to work on a project basis on the system design and architecture. Could definitely lead to long term, but would be a good short term project as well.
Extensive Java experience, Struts, J2EE a must.
We'll be using Linux, Java, MySQL clusters, and lots of Ajax.
