Senior Level (5+ years) Corporate Contract Attorney needed for small Buckhead shop.M&A, Stock Purchase Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements experience required.Previous large law firm experience preferred.Assignment slated to last approximately one month and may continue on an as-needed basis following that.Hourly rate based on experience; please include hourly rate requirement when submitting resume.
