World class NYSEfortune 500 Company seeking sharp Senior with public accounting background.
This individual will be responsible for property and portfolio reporting for real estate advisory portfolios.
Responsibilities will include monthly property reviews, preparation of financial statements and client reports, preparation of consultant reports, analyzing and preparing rate of return and internal rate of return calculations, preparing budgets, and coordination of acquisitions, dispositions, and audit process. Additional responsibilities will include assisting portfolio management with analyzing asset management plans, quarterly reports and real estate projects. This individual will also communicate directly with property agents, portfolio managers, clients, investment managers, capital transactions group and the performance management group.

Candidate should have strong analytical skills, effective organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills. They must possess a strong professional demeanor, be proactive and self-motivated, and be committed to superb client service.
Educational Requirements
Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Accounting
Candidate should have 3-5 years accounting & some Real estate or Public Accounting experience or recent Master of Accountancy. Proficiency with Windows-based software and spreadsheet applications required.
