We are looking to add a strong full cycle experienced Recruiter to our Roswell, GA headquarters staff.The successful candidate will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for exempt and nonexempt openings throughout various business units.Accountable for partnering with hiring managers and HR teammates to source, screen, interview, construct and extend offers, new hire processing and orientation, recruitment strategy development, applicant tracking, and recruitment reporting. Key Responsibilities -Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.Create, design and implement strategies designed to recruit the passive job seeker and attract the most qualified candidates. -Develop external candidate sourcing methodologies including partnering with community agencies, search firms and internet tools utilization. -Develop and conduct training programs for managers designed to improve interviewing skills, and recruiting efficiencies. -Conduct reference and background checks. -Facilitate internal employee mobility. -Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants. -Evaluate assessments, conduct GAP analysis on position competencies, develop -Identify, develop, and maintain professional working relationships with colleges and universities placement offices, diversity organizations, and other community/industry based groups. -Participate in development of annual recruiting budget. Requirements and Qualifications -Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a complex matrix environment. -Persuasive verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational and project management skills. -Extensive experience with internet sourcing and implementing creative recruiting/sourcing strategies. -Thorough knowledge of employment law. -College recruiting experience desirable. -SPHR or PHR preferred.
