I've got the 400psm transmitter (P4T) and bodypack reciever (P4R). The reciever is missing the belt clip. However, you can get a replacement clip from shure for around $20. Other wise both units are in great shape! This does not include the e3 earbuds as they were misplaced one night at a gig.
