A single parent relatively new to Atlanta in search of a decent place to call home.I've posted here before,but only to get responses from people renting out their property that are either in aweful neighborhoods,or the rent is too high for my budget.Here is my situation and hopefully someone out there can possibly help.I'm 36 yrs old,been here in Atlanta for a year.I'm a single mom of two teens that will be living with me part of the time and with my sister part of the time because they will continue to go to the same school.I work off moreland ave,and would like to find a place within 15 or 20 minutes from there.I have a car,but I don't have my own place.I've ran into some situations in my life causing my credit to not be so good.I'm trying to work on my credit,but because of the world being the way it is,its truly hard trying to play CATCH UP.I'm in search of a FAIR landlord that has a DECENT place in a DECENT area.My budget is between 650.00-725.00,I would like a two bedroom,because I have kids,but if we have to get a one bedroom thats fine.Me being a parent,I will do what I have to do.I'm not looking for a hand out,I'm just searching for a understanding landlord.I'm a non-smoker,I'm a social drinker,I don't have alot of traffic in and out of the place,I'm actually pretty private.I love keeping the outside nice,so if you have a mower,I will keep the grass cut,may even plant a few flowers...smile....I'm hoping to move on the 15th of May....If you are out there,please email me."To all realtors",I'm not interested in buying a home at this time....Thanks
