Circuit training available for groups or the single client, $20 per person, nutritional counceling and body fat analysis available upon request. In-home or in gym training. Gym is located near the corner of Rockbridge Road and Five Forks Trickum..Call 404-454-7601 Gerome...personal training also available...I will work with all income levels..
