My husband and I purchased this camper last year and used it for the summer camping season. We had a great time! This is the easiest camper to use.Just drive it in and plug it in. At the end of the season I decided make some improvements. I put some wallpaper up, painted, took out the oven and replaced it with extra shelving.Took out one of the windows and put in a new a/c unit, and covered one of the windows with the shelving i put in.We put in a layer of flooring, and i put down tile. I took down all the cabinet doors to paint them. They'll need to go back up again.I had the cushions recovered.

I allowed my friend to stay in it, so renovations stopped. After my friend moved out, we didn't go back in it for the rest of the winter. The next time I went in, it was a disaster. The roof started leaking (maybe from my friend walking in it?)and it stained the ceiling, and some of the wallpaper is coming off. I don't have the heart to put more work into it, so we're selling it.

It has a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower (small.)We didn't use the bathroom.I didn't do any renovations in it, so it still has all the old colors. The refrigerator is new, but only runs on electric. The bed above the cab is a queen size. The table makes into a large twin and the cabinet above the table lets down and can sleep one. It has it's own circuit for the kitchen so that you can put appliances in (microwave, coffee maker, etc.)The stove that came out of it will come with it to give you the option of reinstalling it.
It needs cleaning. Not heavy cleaning...just surface. No sense in me cleaning it though, if you have to paint the ceiling, etc.

We pulled it with a Ford F250 longbed-It's heavy so we recommend a truck that's at least a 3/4 ton. It came with a bar for holding the camper to the truck, but it's not very safe.We used tie downs that we'll give you with it.All the lights and plugs work. We've never tried the hot water heater because we never used gas.Has a heating system, but also never used...don't know if it works or not. 2 of the camper jacks work, the other is a commercial jack, because the other camper jack broke. It makes it a pain to get on and off, but camper jacks can be purchased on ebay...etc.

I'll accept cash only.First come, first serve, no holding.I have more pictures of the damage on the ceiling. Please email me with any questions!
Thanks, Lisa
