Brief Info on Our company:Systems Engineering Services (SESC) is a consulting company that hires our candidates as full-time employees and sends them out on different projects. We believe that this business model works in your favor because when a project is nearing its end, we begin looking for a new projectfor you.Hence, you will not be stuck without a project and more importantly, a paycheck.
Furthermore, since our consultants are full-time employees of SESC, one really doesn't need to worry aboutproject duration, as we have a regular need for candidates with your skill set from the numerous projects we receive. As a result, we will most likely have projects in the queue for you upon your completion of a project, although due to fluctuating market conditions, it is not something we can guarantee.

The key differentiator of SES's model that most benefits our consultants is that we offer substantial benefits for our full-time employees (e.g. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, the lion's share of which is paid for by the SES.Additionally, we offer:Vacation, Sick Time, hourly pay for each overtime hour worked, 401k, Mileage Reimbursement, Bench Time in some cases, etc). But, if one prefers a W2 hourly status, we can accommodate the request, although an employee in this scenario wouldn't be eligible for the aforementioned benefits.
