Hi there, we have a house that has had some frightening paranormal activity due to a suicide committed here 20 years ago.
We have hit tough times financially and thought about renting our downstairs apt. to someone, but everyone who comes to see it thinks it's too creepy and can't get out fast enough.
So, I thought, why not rent the basement nightly to anyone who is interested in paranormal investigating?
For $20 a night (up to three people, $10 per additional person) you will have access to the basement (where the suicide happened), a bed, fridge and microwave.
I am a paranormal investigator and bought this house because of it's history. It has not disappointed me!
