Sports Illustrated announced something different in it's annual Swimsuit issue.

One of their photographers captured a photo of Barack Obama "patting" Bill Clinton in the face, in what appeared to be a joke for the cameras, which turned into a slight altercation.

Sports Illustrated was inundated with hits to their website which detail the incident and show a clear photo of Clinton's surprised response.
