Lead corrective action initiatives that cut across various manufacturing facilities using problem solving skills and techniques.
Work with a team for developing and improving the companies Quality System.
Assess plantson the companies Quality System and assist with redoing the gaps that are common within the organization.
Analyze data and processes using quality tools and techniques to determine compliance to specifications, trends, and capabilities.
Work with facilities developing and implementing FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, and APQP processes.
Must have a fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction.
Minimum 5 years relevant (product engineering or quality engineering) experience in manufacturing and production process.
Ability to demonstrate use of precision measuring tools and / or equipment, and have the ability to use statistical software.
Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.
Must be able to communicate effectively across various disciplines.
Must be familiar with Lean or RCI tools and principles.
Extensive knowledge of ISO system requirements.
