We are seeking a Full Time Information Technology Support Analyst to meet the increasing needs of internal users in a Windows XP networked environment.We currently have five offices and growing.This position will encompass all aspects of user support, but emphasize programmatic solutions for maintaining and enhancing web based reporting developed in ASP.NET utilizing a SQL Server 2005 backend. Additionally, adequate programming experience in developing interface systems for conversion of client data and report generation is required.
• Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including code documentation and ticket resolution notes.
Experience providing customer satisfaction driven technical support.
PERL, Python, and other scripting experience a plus.
Experience developing applications for SQL based DBMS Platforms utilizing ASP.NET or other web based rapid application development environment.
