ATC Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking an entry level professional who is organized, innovative, and results-oriented to join our Staffing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Customer Service-answering phones, scheduling & staffing current employees at hospitals throughout Georgia, executing confirmations, hospital submissions, handling client needs in time efficient manner, excellent people skills ability to prioritize & more.
  
• Recruitment Support -Sourcing Leads, heavy outbound telephone calls to identify qualified healthcare professionals
  
• Clerical & Operational Support-Assist with the intake process of new healthcare professionals employees by processing application materials, obtaining and verfiying credentials, processing reference checks and criminal background reports, filing, scheduling, payroll support, and additional back office functions to support overall office operations.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should be self-directed, organized, energetic, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service to our client facilities and health care professionals.
  

• Must have minimum of 2 years of professional work experience. A college degree is strongly desired. Must be able to use internet based resources, and online tracking systems independently.
  

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Excellent customer service skills required.
