Responsibilities:
Maintain company standards in all areas of operation.
Approach business with a sense of urgency and a 'can do' attitude.
Effectively merchandises the store to maximize sales.
Train staff to effectively perform all job responsibilities.
Lead by example, and set the selling floor standard.
Ensure compliance with current employment laws.
Assess store morale and resolve all issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Specific footwear retail and/or management experience preferred. Interviews will be scheduled only for applicants with this type of background.
