Subcontractor Recruiting Position - Immediate Hire (Full Time/Part Time)! We are true nationwide onsite technology Service Company and they are seeking a few assistant recruiters to help aggressively and creatively recruit for well-qualified sub-contractors. We will provide you tools to recruiting from a variety of sources, but candidate must manage selection process to include phone interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, and recommending finalists, and filling and adding them in our database to finalize criteria. Duties will include: Contacting and Screening credentials, certifications, manufacturer authorization Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with position requirements Negotiate compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR and Customer Service department Required Experience: Must possess a high school diploma or GED Prior experience managing recruitment process would be a plus General knowledge of HR practices and principles Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Strong computer skills, internet, Microsoft word, excel and power point, internet and research tools.
