I will be starting a new job which requires that I move to Atlanta from May 15 to August 15. I will be working downtown so I would like a place that is within a 10 minute radius of downtown. Ideal locations would be Midtown, Atlantic Station, Piedmont Park area or the Highlands.
I am a 25 year old white male professional looking for a furnished 1 bedroom to sublease for these 3 months. I have a terrific credit history and own my own condo in another city so I know how to care for and respect a home.
I am interested in a place that is accessible to public transportation, near a grocery store, and ideally has all utilities included to create less hassle. I'd like to have cable and laundry in the unit.
The perfect situation would be a college/graduate student who doesn't need to be in Atlanta for the summer or a young professional who is going to be out of town for the summer and wants to earn some income on their place and know that it's been well cared for.
