Computer Mainstream Corporation (CMC) is a currently looking to identify a Systems Analyst, for one of our clients in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
This would be a short term project with potential to go longer.

The Georgia Department of Corrections is looking for a highly qualified, self-motivated Systems Analyst or a Developer/Programmer ready to transition into more of an analytical role. The candidate must excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting user meetings to gather business requirements. Designing, debugging, enhancing, documenting, and testing software applications to meet business process requirements. Designing screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, reports, and interfaces with other systems. Collaborating with users on the definition of requirements and the design of applications. Preparing technical specification documents and unit and system test plans as well as creating test plans for user acceptance testing. Playing a key role in technical design, architecture, construction, and system integration testing. Performing client presentations and training. Acting as lead contact and coordinator for all tasks associated with the project assignments. Designing and implementing databases and report distributions based on functional area priorities and needs.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience with SQL. Proficient in developing SQL queries to be used in the development of test cases and/or problem resolution. Minimum 2 years experience with HTML and JavaScript. Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Design, full Software Development Lifecycle, and UML. Experience in database modeling and the development of Entity Relationship Diagrams. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle development tools and databases. Development experience using JAVA. Development of test cases and the use of test case tools.
