Qulifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology or related field from a recognized college or university required.Preferred 2 years of Supply Chain systems support such as EDI, warehouse management, purchasing/order management, or similar systems support experience and/ or supply chain operations Job description:Coordinates all Supply Chain Information Technology to operations.Maintains a portion of the data files within McKessin Materials Pathways system and Tecsys Warehouse management system (along with the Systems Analyst) Resolves system performance issues.Provides technical guidance and mentoring to the development/technical team and operations management. Extracts data to enable the reporting needs of Supply Chain Management Department, Finance, and other departments as required.Works with all levels in automating and represents the Supply Chain Management Department's staff in IT change control, project management and other meetings.Trains system users.Manages relationships and escalation process with software vendors.Assits in maintaining the Supply Chain website. Configuration, functionality and, expansion of all Supply Chain Information Systems (SICS).Act as the liason b/w the Supply Chain Management Department and the Information Services department and safeguards the department policies and regulations as they relate to system issues that affect its business administration.This role is responsible for the protection and integrity of all data in the SCIS systems and for insuring the training of users and related parties on how to use the Supply Chain systems, and is the technical expert in the implementation and designof all Supply Chain modules and applications.Works collaboratively with the Distribution Center Manager of operations to prepare for and conducts physical inventories.Acts as the first point ofcontact for PC and printer related issues at the PHDC.This role currently supports data, data interchange and training for inventory, ordering, and warehouse management systems.
