The Oracle Helpdesk resource must be experienced in interactions with new users on a newly installed complex Oracle solution. Each must possess strong communications and problem solving skills with the ability to interview a novice Oracle user and extract the relevant information needed to troubleshoot and solve the problem in a timely fashion. The person needs to be personable, adaptable, comfortable with a new user community and be able to support a flexible work schedule.
