This role performs services to install, operate and maintain complex centralized and distributed computer systems in a multi-vendor operating environment. Activities may include designing, implementing and coordinating solutions to ensure acceptable performance levels with proven and advanced systems technologies. They draw on their professional knowledge of systems operations as well as network, applications and workstation services to deliver high quality client solutions. They understand and ensure compliance with one or all Systems Management Control (SMC) disciplines.
