The Atlanta office serves a diverse range of SEC and privately owned clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Technology and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build client relationships, marketing, networking and business development
• Evaluate and select alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance
• Recognize and communicate potential risks and identify potential changes in the tax policy
• Make top-level decisions regarding filing and preparation and handle questions from federal and state agencies
• Identify different methods of complying with tax requirements which align with business objectives
• Assist in managing client expectations regarding issues of controversy

Qualifications:

• CPA Certification
• 6+ years prior work experience in public accounting
• Significant supervisory experience (2 years plus)
• Experience with tax accruals - FAS 109
