EIS is looking for associates with the following technical and ‘soft’ skills: - Experience supporting Windows Server 2003 networks, including daily tasks of user, file access, and printer management - Ability to install Standard and Small Business Server (SBS 2003) versions of Windows Servers - Experience installing and supporting enterprise server applications, including Exchange and various backup and anti-malware applications - Installation of Windows XP and Vista, and configuration for Active Directory domains - Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact well with all levels of users and managers Secondary skills helpful to EIS are: - Knowledge of Linux, Macintosh OS X, managed router and switch configuration, Cisco and SonicWall VPNs - Experience with Visio and Microsoft Project for use in developing project documentation About EIS: Empire Information Systems Inc. is an Atlanta-area consultancy in business since 2000.Our primary focus is small- and medium-businesses who need IT support for daily operations and projects.EIS provides outsourced support to help companies get more value for their investment in their IT operations.We perform CIO services for larger clients and help them to realize efficiencies not available by the employment model.
