Roles and Responsibilities:
Problem Solving
Attend Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Meeting
Process and Application Monitoring
Visual Appearance Monitoring - DOI, Gloss, and Peel Readings
Daily monitor film build/Pelt Readings
Daily Paint Substrate Testing- Solvent Rub / Adhesion
Daily monitor booth Temp. /Humidity and Downdraft
SPC Monitoring and Charting
Monthly Validation Panels
Write daily & monthly reports
- Business Account Manager & Technical Representative
Calculate paint requirements based on 5-day forecast weekly.
Receive materials per client plant procedures as required.
Ship out empty totes, barrels, drums and pallets according to client plant procedures and all applicable government regulations as required.
Provide daily check of inventory versus schedule requirements.
Provide daily usage of paint on a gallon per job basis.
Generate end of month inventory and usage reports.
Record all solvent and paint additions, and provide records of total usage to Environmental monthly.
Maintain filtration systems including filter changes as required
Maintain operating parameters for paint systems each shift including:
Tank Levels
Temperatures
Viscosity
System Pressures
Resistively
Qualifications:
Experience in Manufacturing and R&D enhance performance in this role. Bachelor degree in engineering or chemistry.
