Job Description

The In-House Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and recommending candidates for employment with enGenius Consulting Group Inc. and our clients. Will work with Project Managers and other company executives to place qualified candidates. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, self-directed and able to juggle multiple tasks. Strong customer-service orientation is needed.

Responsibilities
" Source, review and evaluate resumes ( company subscribes to several resume databases)
" Conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
" Coordinate technical interviews as required by requesting executive or client representative
" Coordinate and conduct office interviews
" Negotiate offers(in conjunction with requesting executive) based on current market conditions and contract rates
" Ensure that all paperwork has been received by HR for issuing an offer letter
" Ensure that candidates have proper directions to client site; client site contact information; expense procedures (if required)
" Stress initial timesheet/expense policies (to be detailed byVP of Accounting)
" Post positions on the Web (in company authorized job boards)
" Coordinate with HR and Contracts Manager for offer letters, Subcontractor Agreements, and other new hire paperwork.
“ Maintain all posted job descriptions by month
" Identify and utilize direct sourcing methods
" Search resume databases to identify passive and new candidates
" Develop and maintain high-level knowledge of current technologies
" Format candidate/employee resumes
" Enter resumes received into some type of database for retrieval
" Generate weekly report for company President
“ Provide salary information to Project Managers as needed
" Develop and maintain relationships with candidates that extend into employment
" Maintain relationships with candidates
" Conduct resume searches on the Internet as needed
" Generate sales leads to Account Managers
" Follow up with clients in Account Manager's absence
“Other administrative duties as required

Desired Qualifications:

BS/BA degree in related field of study
Familiarity with Federal and State Government contracting
Experience in technical recruiting
Ability to interact with company executives, prospective applicants, clients and Project Managers

enGenius Consulting Group has offices in Atlanta, GA, Huntsville, AL and Northern Virginia. This position is a full time salaried position with benefits.
