The ideal candidate will have the following education, experience and technical expertise: •A four-year technical degree or the equivalent in work experience •At least one year experience providing technical support over the phone •Provide technical support via phone or internally for any technical issues •Provide technical training for internal and external customers •Have sales capability by knowing “Technical Sales” •Excellent customer service and communication skills •Help customers design systems to fit their applications •Knowledge of basic level IT and wireless networks •Knowledge of electronics; voltage, current, resistance and power supply •Surveillance camera experience a plus •Excellent customer service attitude •Ability to communicate with all levels of end-users This position is located in the eastern Atlanta Metro area.
