ICON Software seeks self-motivated, goal oriented candidates to join our technical support staff.The position will be responsible for supporting our applications for more than 175+ customers using our software.The successful candidate will receive inbound customer calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and educate the customers.This position requires the successful candidate to be available for travel to customer sites to perform support and training as needed on-site.Strong Windows, MS Office, and relational database skills are required.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

- Technical support experience of at least 1 year

- Ability to ask proper questions to understand the issue and explain complex information in easy to understand terms to the customer

- Ability to multi task

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to assist a customer when the situation becomes emotional or stressful for the customer

- Attention to detail, goal oriented, self-motivated, independent

- Willingness to stay and get the job done and be available to assist others.

- TRAVEL is an absolute necessity of the position and requires single and/or multi-day customer visits
