Technical Trainer (instructor) Enterprise Software
job summary

* Responsible for delivery of Learning Services on the company product lines, including certification programs.
* Has reponsibility for new curriculum testing and classroom readiness.
* Previous experience in enterprise-grade software,web content management, and/or content management are key in performance of duties.
* Frequent travel in the U.S. and occasional travel abroad are required for the position. --> up to 75% travel

responsibilities

* Delivery of highly technical training classes to customers and partners.
* Delivery of tailored and customized courses as required. Planning learning programs and curriculum requirements with customers, Sales, and Learning Services team members, as assigned.
* Classroom set-up and readiness for public and rental facilities, and for customer on site deliveries.
* Review and testing of new curriculum in conjunction with Learning Services Curriculum Development team.
* Collaboration with Learning Services team members and other Americas Sales and CSO personnel on customer projects to help drive revenue.
* Ability to travel up to 75%, primarily in the USA/Canada.
* UNIX/LINUX administration skills and experience highly desired.

experience required

* 7+ years experience in Corporate training, including enterprise application training, with strong hands on technical experience.
* Engaging presentation style, for both large group classes and small group coaching.
* Experience in: training delivery, database management, mail server administration, Windows Servers and Windows networking.
* Prior experience in enterprise software applications, web content management, and basic web content development.
* Ability to deliver product training to technical and non-technical audiences.
* High degree of independence and productivity while working in an unstructured environment.
* Ability to write instructional material for classroom or web delivery a plus.
