We're looking for *ONE* experienced loan officer to work qualified leads. We have an in-house real estate brokerage in addition to our mortgage operation. Our Realtors work leads for buyers and sellers, and we need to add a loan officer who can effectively & diligently not only work these leads, but convert them to deals in conjunction with the Realtors. We have aggressive splits and this is a really fantastic opportunity for a solid and self-motivated mortgage professional to pick up additional business during this down market. An established book of business and 2+ years in the industry selling is a must. If you're hungry, honest, hard working, and ethical this is a great place for you to be. You will work from home or our office, whichever you prefer, in this position. It is NOT an inside sales job, and there is no salary - it is a commission only position.
