RESPONSIBILTIIES:
1.Proven recruiting experience attaching qualified Engineering professionals
2.Experience building and maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals
3.Maintain database for current/future openings
4.Process of getting positions filled
5.Work with hiring managers
6.Conducting initial screening of potential candidates
7.Networking and communications with current candidates
8.Attend job fairs and any other recruiting functions
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in the IT/Engineering Industry
2.BA/BS required
3.strong sales/service orientation and client management skills
4.Solid computer skills
5.Demonstrate ability to create, modify, and execute recruitment processes
6.ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills
