National Collection Agency is seeking an experienced training manager for our Dunwoody Office.This position is responsible for training our entry level collection representatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, conducting weekly training classes, providing hands on training, identifying training areas, coordinating uptraining classes, and motivating employees.Applicants MUST have a succussful background in initial classroom training, preferably with a collections background and must be dependable.
