We are looking for a training specialist. Following is the summary of the job –
Duties and Responsibilities –
Conduct training program development process for all levels of technical training course
Support and coordinate company trainers, SME, and members of Georgia QS
Conduct and assess all technical skill training programs
Improve existing training programs and all kind of training systems
Oversee pre-employment training course and coordinate with Georgia QS for training
Qualifications –
2-5 years of training in industrial training field of manufacturing company
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Automotive experience highly desired
Ability to perform multiple tasks and handle stress
Strong verbal and written communication
