Out going and driven real estate specialists with passion for sales in the home loan industy.... RateSmart, Inc (www.theratesmart.com) is looking for a few good Loan Officers for sales teams in our Atlanta, Georgia office located conveniently just north of I-285 on Peachtree Industrial.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Ratesmart is taking a fresh look at the mortgage industry using exclusive technology that was developed, for us by us, over 4 years! Our cutting-edge technology is designed around loan officers, and will increase your yield and efficiency by decreasing your workload.You will use our proprietary technology along with Encompas to quickly and easily qualify borrowers and present real-time rates from the nation’s top lenders (Amtrust, Countrywide, ect.), then send your borrower their closing costs estimates and fee schedules, all while on the phone with them!
Our loan officers are paid on SALARY PLUS 50-70% COMMISSION, so there is no need to be licensed as a loan officer.Company leads are provided from the industry’s leading sources, which means that potential earnings are limited only by your drive to work hard.
COMPENSATION:
Unlimited income potential! Comprehensive/aggressive compensation includes salary plus 50-70% commission and benefits for senior loan officers. A successful Loan Advisor is expected to make a six figure income! Paychecks are given out twice monthly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent. Sales Oriented, Excellent Communication Skills with Clients, Ethical Standards, problem solver, Good telephone presence, personable, and positive. You MUST have AT LEAST 3 months of mortgage experience in the currant market AND a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and ask for the order!
SUMMARY:
- Located in Atlanta, near 285 and 141 (North side of the perimeter)
- SALESPEOPLE ONLY. Do not inquire if you cannot SELL.
- 6 months mortgage experience is REQUIRED!
