If you have any questions please email us at: info@hoperuns.org! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ***Sumer Alvarez Fellowship Volunteer Program*** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Sumer Alvarez Fellows comprise a dedicated and motivated group of all ages who are interested in living and working in children’s orphanages around the world. For 8-10 weeks, this inspired group will lead established Hope Runs running and technology programs, and facilitate their own projects on the ground. Sumer Fellows are meant to become active contributors to the communities they join, and thus a personal interest in active service learning is a basic requirement. For this reason, the Sumer Alvarez Fellowship is a wonderful opportunity for conducting field research to support the applicant’s interests and work or school at home, though this is certainly not essential. If you are interested in joining our program, please let us know at info@hoperuns.org and we will send you out an application.Again, although we typically accept fellows for 8-10 week summer internships, we also consider internships during other months as well, and every year we take on several dedicated individuals for yearlong programs with us that offer a stipend for their duration.
