WEB DESIGNER - 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a seasoned web designer with STRONG and tasteful graphic/web design skills to take on our web based projects for high-end real estate communities, with direction from senior art director/department manager. Position will include taking marketing campaigns and using the campaign colors, images, fonts, etc. to design a coordinated, visually pleasing and highly functional web site. Attention to detail is critical.
5+ years web design experience required. Must be proficient in CS3 and web programs listed below. Will be responsible for web sites, landing pages, HTML emails and banner ads, and MUST have a strong understanding of back-end functionality.
This position requires a great team attitude, ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking, problem-solving direction, ability to switch gears at a moment's notice and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to furnish past online work examples that are fully functional.
Requirements:
• Experience/familiarity with Web 2.0 concepts/practices
• Knowledge of cross-over browser compatibility issues
• Proficiency in Dreamweaver, XHTML, CSS, SEO, JavaScript, Actionscript, ASP.NET,DHTML
• Knowledge of Cold Fusion would be helpful
• Understanding of continuous quality checks of client's web sites
Position will start on a contract basis, full-time, in-house.
