West Egg Café has immediate openings for line/prep cooks.
Ideal candidates will have breakfast and lunch line experience, as well as the ability to demonstrate necessary skills required for detailed prep. The ability to read and understand standardized recipes is a MUST. Other traits we look for in candidates: high sense of urgency,ability to succeed at several tasks at once, ability to succeed within varied time constraints, organizational skills, impeccable personal hygiene, and understanding of workplace safety and sanitation. We are, of course, seeking individuals whose work history reflects dependability and commitment.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is a requirement for this position.
Candidates must be available for shift scheduling—-6 am to 3 pm and 8am to 5 pm. Weekly hours vary, depending on business needs.
